The KU5A Windscreen is a custom-designed foam windscreen that slips over the KU5A microphone, allowing you to use the mic up close on vocals without a pop-filter and outdoors for live sound reinforcement. The KU5A Windscreen was modeled with a transparent sound so the tonality of the mic remains relatively unchanged.
With the KU5A Windscreen, bands are able to play outdoor festivals with their KU5A without worrying about the safety of the ribbon.
