Brand new unit, very clean.

This TRP500 is an R&D unit that was made to compare the subjective quality of various JFETs. As you can see, this TRP500 features LSK389s, which were used on all Gen 2 AEA Preamps. We have since switched to a different JFET for our front end. But for this limited time, you can buy this unit and conduct a pure comparison yourself, as the circuit and op-amps are that of the Gen 3 preamp line. This unit can be safely considered Gen 2.6. These units have a raw aluminum front plate due to my impatience with the long anodization lead time.

Comes with product box and manual. One year warranty on all B-stock units with registration within 90 days of purchase.
